The Great Alchemical Treatises

The Alchemy of Love: The “Rosarium Philosophorum”, an account of the process of the Alchemical reconciliation and union of the opposites, as represented by the 11 pictures in the treatise “Rosarium Philosophorum”.  The set shows the integration of the psyche and The process of love relationships of individuals.  (A slide show is provided for “Rosarium Philosophorum”, included in the Zip archive!)

Alchemical Liberation of Sophia:  The “Aurora Consurgens”, a medieval alchemical treatise, reputed to be the last work of St. Thomas Aquinas, was rediscovered by C.G. Jung in the course of his researches.  One of its unique features is that it represents the liberation of Sophia (Wisdom) as the objective of the alchemical process.  Dr. Hoeller reads from and explains the seven parables of the treatise in Gnostic and psychological terms.
